TERMS & CONDITIONS

Below are the various terms and conditions, please feel free to reach out to me about them!

GENERAL

✦ I (the author) retain full rights to the writing.✦ My work is not availible for NFT/CRYPTO/AI under any circumstances. These restrictions are detailed further in the 'USE' clause.✦ Commissions may not be posted by commissioner; please tell me if you want your commission to be public, I will post it on ao3 and gift/dedicate it to you.✦ All prices may be subject to change depending on the length of the work and detail required.✦ I will not write hate speech of any kind, requests of that will not be tolerated; you will be blocked.✦ NSFW and Suggestive commissions are accepted on a case-by-case basis. I'm totally cool writing smut, but dead dove content is only for personal friends. Do not request it, I will not respond and will refund.✦ Client information (including but not limited to emails, discord usernames, and payee information) will not be shared with any third-parties or stored beyond it's required use.✦ By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.✦ I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.✦ If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Will Write For:

I am up for trying to write for any ship in an AU of your choice, most comfortable writing in the canon universes of: One Piece, My Hero Academia, Bleach, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure as of right now. Fandoms outside those will be accepted on a case-by-case basis! I want to ensure I can get you exactly what you're looking for, so all detail you can give for non-comfort series is extremely appreciated.

PAYMENTS

✦ Payments are always a minimum of $5 per 500 words. Should the work go over the originally discussed length, an additional $7 per 500 words will be required.✦ Payments are always required in full up front, additional charges will be applied at the completion of the fic if required.✦ Additional Revision charges are $5 for every revision after the first two, this will be accounted for in a final invoice.

REVISIONS

✦ Custom fics will be open for revisions at each stage of the fic (Outline, Rough Draft, Second Draft, Final).✦ All revisions are restricted to the current stage of writing. (E.G. no major story line changes in the second draft or final draft stages.)✦ Clients may request 2 free revisions at every revision stage. Further revisions will incur additional charges.✦ Please keep in mind that several major revisions may affect the delivery time of your commission.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

✦ Finished works can be expected within two weeks to a month of the commission being accepted. If there is the potential for your commission to take longer due to long wait lists or other projects, this will be communicated to the client prior to accepting.✦ Work is done in chronological order, meaning commissions received earlier will be finished first. Queue time may affect waiting times. I will confirm your place in the queue with you.✦ Finished works can be delivered through: Email, Google Drive Link, or ao3 gifting system. If you wish for your commission to be published, I will do so on my account, the fic will be gifted to you, and I will tag you.

USE

✦ Base commissions are not available for commercial usage.✦ If you are interested in commercial work, please contact me directly to negotiate commercial fees.✦ My works are not available for the following uses: Generative AI, Machine Learning Models.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✦ I (the author) retain full rights to the story. You may not claim it as your own.✦ The client retains full rights to their own intellectual property in the form of owned characters and concepts used in the commission.✦ For an additional fee agreed upon of the commissioned fic(s), they can be used for commercial use. Without prior discussion the commissioned fic(s) CANNOT be used for commercial or profit purposes.

REFUNDS

Refunds can be issued when:✦ The work is still in the rough draft stage.✦ The client decides to cancel the commission. The price will be adjusted to match the amount of work completed.✦ I am unable to finish the commission.

COMMUNICATION

✦ Communication will primarily occur via Ko-fi. I am also available at the following email: [email protected]✦ I am available to communicate through discord on request only, it is not my preferred way to communicate with clients.✦ I will initiate contact for check-ins at each stage and am happy to answer questions about your commission. Spam messages will result in a warning, followed by termination of the work with no refund availible if the behavior persists.
